Concrete Sleeper Order - Terms & Conditions

1. All sleepers have 2 x N12 reinforcement bars as standard. Sleepers are engineered for use with retaining walls which satisfy the following conditions: Backfill is free draining, consisting of sand and/or gravel  
2. All our Sleepers have tolerance in length, height and thickness due to mould tolerance from the manufacturer. Sleepers may vary in sizes and thickness i.e 50mm may vary between 45-52mm, 80mm may vary between 75-82mm, 100mm may vary 95-102mm. Installers must keep above factors in mind before installation of concrete sleepers. 
3. Hairline cracks do appear in concrete and are acceptable to a specific tolerance, and they will not affect the strength of the product. We do not warrant cracking or hairline cracks. 
4. Re-stocking fee of 40% is applied in case of return of any concrete product and customer needs to bring back into our yard.
